Acquisition of Knowledge Technologies

Oréll took over Knowledge Technologies, a Malaysian-based leading maker of payroll software, lock, stock and barrel by inking the deal with the Ms. Shalini Bhatnagar, the company's director. That is, not only have we bought their proven software solution outright, but we have also absorbed their staff and taken over all their clients including the Indian Army Public School, Bangalore, Karnataka and the Choice School, Thripunithara, Kerala.
